Gera’s Olive Grove policy
Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 12.00 noon and are requested to leave by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of delayed departure (after 14:00 p.m.) guests’ account will be charged with the extra amount of 50% of the room price per one stay. Guests are also requested to leave the property as they found it, clean and tidy. An additional charge binds them, if for any reason, an extra cleaning is needed, a breakage or damage occurs into the property.
According to the family’s booking policy , a deposit payment- an amount that corresponds to the 1st night- is due οne week after the booking date. This will be deducted from guests balance as the remaining payment will be made at the day of departure. Remittance of customer deposit fully confirms the booking. Delayed remittance of deposit by the specified date, gives company the option of placing the room or lodge back to the market.
In case of booking cancelation 21 days prior to guests’ arrival, the deposit payment is refunded (- 5% for bank’s commisions if the deposit has been paid via credit card) as long as the cancelation is made in writing, either by fax to +30 210 9421065 & +30 22510 52028 or e-mail to
Otherwise, guests are required to provide a compensation payment equivalent to the amount of 50% of the entire pre-agreed period of stay(Ν. 1652/86 FΕΚ 167 Α). The same applies in case of the reduction of the number of accommodation nights.
In the event of early departure, guests will be required to provide the 50% of the amount of stay corresponding to the number of non-realized confirmed days of stay.
In case of non show, guests are required to provide a compensation payment equivalent to the full amount of their stay.
Method of Payment
Beside cash, payments can be made by Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay, Visa, traveler Cheques, and Bank Certified Cheques. No personal cheques are accepted.

Gera’s Olive Grove offers and discount policy is applicable to the following occasions:
-to all repeat customers
-for 2 and 3 weeks accomodation
-Early booking discounts
Discount rates are applied all year round. They are not standard but are subject to company’s policy. (Usually they will be laid down at the home page of the company’s internet site).
Duvets pillows and all bed linen is provided in all guesthouses. It is also provided in-premise laundry services.
